Common auto parking sensor also is named car parking sensor or car parking assistant.It is so familiar to you.but it is not everyone know the principle of its working although it is so simple.
2 or 4 sensor probes auto parking sensor system is always installed on the back humper of cars.The power line is connected to the positive pole of car's back-up lamp.
When you start to park,ultrasonic is sent from these 2 or 4 sensor probes,it will be back when met any bodies,there is a time difference Δt.
All we known that the speed of sound is 340m/s. So we can get the distance away from the body is S=340* Δt/2.
CPU in the main part box of the auto parking assistant will compute this distances of this 2/4 sensor probes and display the smallest data on LED/LCD/VFD/TFT screen of the parking sensor system and make kinds of sounds by buzzer or speaker to alarm the drivers.
Every drivers could see the digital and the distance number,could hear the bibi buzz and the voice to keep a good distance away from any bodies behind the car.
